Defect in chair .
Bought 2 chairs. Got them home . Opened them up , put them together. One did ok but the other chsir was not safe to sit on. So needless to say I am returning both chairs.

One chair arrived with what appears to be a black Sharpie mark on the front upper. It also appears as though someone tried (unsuccessfully) to treat the mark with something that left a chalky residue.
