Cracked jar base is not sustainable
After minimal use, the plastic jar base has cracked. I have tried to find a replacement part and have had no luck. There are many reviews from customers with the same complaint, indicating this is a product flaw. Black and Decker- do you have a solution to replace this part?

I've had the blender as a gift and so I decided to open the box and start using. It only lasted for a month and a week before the base broke.
I was really enjoying making smoothies but now I feel quite disappointed.
Wish I could get a replacement. If not, I'll have to buy from another brand because I wouldn't want to fav the same problem again.

Leaks
The blender worked reasonably well but the blade assembly started leaking eventually (after warrantee). Now, we cannot find a replacement part.

Great product
I've only used this little gem once and I'm so glad I bought it. It only takes about 5-6 minutes to prepare a smoothie and having a lid to make it "to go" takes it to another level! I love it. I definitely would recommend.
