Love the barstools, but not customer service!

The barstools are great, in fact I'm purchasing 1 more when they come in. But the service I received was underwhelming. I walked to the front of the store and asked for help in loading and taking the stools to the register, no one showed. I walked around and found a cart to load them on and carried them to the front. Paid with cash so the manager had to approve. Did he offer to carry them to my vehicle ... NO!

All good except below

One important note is that it takes time and careful effort to remove the tags you stick on the bottom underside of the stool. Put it on a tag that was attached to some of the stools. It is unnecessary to put anyone through this task. Also be more clear as to whether the stools are bar or counter. We bought the bar first by mistake and then had to go to Nanuet to get the counter. We liked them so much we kept the bar for future use but it would be better to have known.

Just what I was looking for!

Except it was too tall for my counter. Needed 24" and the were only in white or black, not brown.
