Didn't work

Upon plugging it in, the bulb lit but worked for only a few minutes before quitting. Tried replacing the bulb, but the unit would not light again. A big disappointment.

It's great.

I have this plugged into an outlet in the living area. With the open floor plan, you can smell it throughout the kitchen and dining area.

Light bulb not powerful enough

The product is built sturdy but the bulb included with it won't melt the wax.

Tilts and hard to plug in and pull out

I dont see it lasting very long. I have another brand and it is much better, no issues. The plug already looks like it will come apart at seam.
