It is beautiful but built poorly

I bought 8 of the 30 inch bar height stools and one of the 26 inch counter height stools (captain's chair behind the bar ;-) ) PROS: of all the stools we tried in this price range, these are the most comfortable. I have a large extended family, and when I say large I mean we are all tall; my brothers range from 6'2 - 6' 4", my boys are 6' 3" ish.....I am 5' 10".....you get the idea, and they are very accommodating. These stools have a generously sized seat, the back appears on the low side but it hits at the right spot so you can still lean against it. The base is welded metal so no worrying about screws jiggling loose. The seats have generous padding and the fabric is soft but sturdy. CONS: there is a perfectly placed rung for your feet in the front, but the rungs do not extend across the side. There are rungs further up on the side for stability, but.....if you go to wrap your legs around the stool and prop them on the side rungs....there aren't any. This is something that is minimal.....but something I wish it had....Maybe I'm a weird "stool sitter" but for those of you out there who sit this way sometimes....it's just an FYI. Also.....some of the stools have legs that are a tiny bit shorter.....you will need to add some felt or rubber pads on some of the feet. Obtaining the stools was the most difficult part. My local store had only two, which I bought. I checked inventory online, and found a store over an hour away that had 6 more......I was assured that the online inventory was correct. I checked inventory in the morning....drove to the store an hour away....got there when it opened, however they only had two stools. An employee assured me the count is accurate, and that I should wander around this enormous store and see if someone moved them. My husband and I spent 30 minutes checking every corner of the store.....and ended up driving to another store over an hour and a half from there...to get them. Terrible communication but great stools.

Bought only one store had. Another store had 3 more. Went to get and they were bar height, not counter height. Had to return one purchased. Comfortable seating, but back is low.

I love my bar stool. It is so comfortable, has great back support and feels sturdy.

Love the stools but the plastic caps on the feet are cheap plastic that is chipped on both chairs. I had to manipulate both of them so don't scratch my wood floor or snag the carpet.
