Broke under pressure

Bought this frame to be used as my wedding reception guest book, encouraging guests to write tips or advice as they sign. Sadly, Simply taking the frame out of packaging (those cardboard corners), the frame broke apart at the corners. Now I can no longer use the frame fitting the mat that has all my guests' words. The frame is made of flimsy composite plastic. At the price point I would have expected it to be at least composite wood-like. Highly disappointed.

Frames, Frames, & More Frames!!!

At Home is my go to place to buy frames to display photos in my home. The recent BOGO 50% frame sale came in clutch for my bathroom redo. I decided to decorate with some of me and my husband's favorite music artist. We love to fill our home with music and loved paying homage to musicians that are a part of the soundtrack of our lives and love story. Collected as part of a promotion.

Fell Apart While Removing Cardboard

I had only removed the one corner of cardboard and as I went to remove the second corner, the entire frame split and broke into pieces. It is still held somewhat together by the rest of the cardboard pieces, but it is completely unusable. I haven't had time to bring it back to the store for a refund, but plan to do so.
