Well I truly liked the price for this item. It fits into my budget . We set it up and started hanging shirts on it and left the room. A few minutes later we hear a crash, the rack fell over ,after that the polls wouldn't stretch back up to their full size. Not even one day after purchase. Sad

I returned it after it fell over after I put my clothes on it. What kind of clothes rack is so flimsy it can't even hold clothes on it? I took it apart immediately and nothing broke thankfully, but when it isn't even made well enough to stand up straight it's not worth anyone's money. Even the cashier who returned the item for me knew what I was talking about, so stay away from this item, or at least start making them better.
