The Neil shower tension caddy did not work for us. The tension portion of the rod did not contract enough to fit in our shower, which has a built in seat. It was too long for the seat portion, and too short for the ceiling. It looks like a good product for those with the right sized area though.

Not Good for Tub Showers

Assembling this was one of the hardest things ever, mainly due to the baskets being held up by a rubber adhesive that are slipped onto the pole. My bathtub to ceiling height was 73 inches (nothing crazy short) but the poles that came with this set made it impossible. Even with excluding the poles that were noted for being for taller heights, it was far too long for the space and the spring barely contracted. Taking one additional pole off made it way too short. For only being $20 I don't think I should have expected too much. Also, separating the poles from one another was immensely difficult once attached to one another, and the paint would chip and get everywhere. I ended up 'investing' in another one for $40 and it was a breeze to assemble and set up.

due to the baskets being held up by a rubber adhesive that are slipped onto the pole. My bathtub to ceiling height was 73 inches (nothing crazy short) but the poles that came with this set made it impossible. Even with excluding the poles that were noted for being for taller heights, it was far too long for the space and the spring barely contracted. Taking one additional pole off made it way too short. For only being $20 I don't think I should have expected too much. Also, separating the poles from one another was immensely difficult once attached to one another, and the paint would chip and get everywhere.
