I had awful dry lips at the beginning of winter, and none of the lip balms I bought helped. This product is amazing! It fixed my dry, flaky lips in a couple of days! It's the only thing that has come close to the Body shop's hemp lip treatment that was discontinued (the first three ingredients are the same). Please don't discontinue or change the formula, this is a holy grail item for me now! I also love the eco-friendly tube!

This stuff is thick and sticky-which is exactly what you need to truly bring real moisture. No matter how much I’ve picked or chewed on my lips, one night with this on repairs them! And it lasts all day. If I apply in the morning before work, it’s still on my lips at lunch. Truly a fantastic product!

Impossible packaging

Purchased today and like another consumer commented on, it's impossible for me to push up from the bottom of the center of the cardboard tube using only a finger. I did get it to move, but only by using a piece of metal as a \"pusher!\" Great idea for packaging (I do hate plastic) but truly impractical. Arthritic hands, and although I can twist my other tubes of lip balm, I can't use this one at all!

I was excited to try this lip balm, but I was disappointed. It has no twist or push-up system, so it’s very inconvenient to use. The formula is also extremely thick, which makes application difficult and uncomfortable. It feels heavy on the lips instead of smooth and moisturizing.\n\nI expected something nourishing and easy to use, but unfortunately, this product didn’t deliver. It would be much better if the packaging had a proper push-up mechanism and if the balm itself had a creamier, lighter texture.
