Game Changer for Pizza Night

Absolutely love this pan! The heat retention is amazing, and my pizzas come out perfectly crispy every time. The pre-seasoning is solid, and it just keeps getting better with use.\n\nI’ve used it for more than just pizza too, and it handles everything beautifully. It’s heavy, but that’s part of what makes it so great.\n\nHighly recommend—this is a must-have for any home cook!

Best pizza tool so far

This was a great addition to are cast iron collection. Cooked a lot better than my aluminum pizza pans. We have done home made thin style crust by following a video from Lodge. Very pleased with the preformence of the pan. We preheated the pan in a 475° F oven which cook the crust perfectly in about 10 min. We were ready to buy one of the $100 pizza over that will cook at 750°F but decided to give this a try. I have been using cast iron all my life and if you know how to care for it correctly it will last forever..
