I replaced this product with a new one.
The original unit broke within a week's time used three times. Windless day but bent pole and snapped it. I'd buy but insert wooden pole inside tube of pole 1st to make it last. Cheaply made, bright color

We weren't thinking.
We bought the above umbrella which had been taped on the end with packing tape and we assumed was untouched between manufacturer to your store. All others were only loosely secured with the stretchy cord. Ha. It was a returned item apparently as parts were missing and the pull cord was tied rather than one piece. The instructions stated we were to contact the company and not return to the store if a problem.
We are still awaiting a resolution.
I'm not sure it is the manufacturing company's fault as it was on your shelf.
The other umbrella was as advertised and works well.
