Replacement Jar

I love this blender! Works great with plenty of ice and frozen fruit for morning smoothies. Sadly, I just dropped my blender jar on hard porcelain tile and it shattered. How can I find a replacement jar?

Absolutely awful.

I bought this two weeks ago and have had an agonizing 15 minute experience trying to make a smoothie every single time. There's plenty of liquid, and the only other ingredient I add is frozen fruit. I have to stop it *literally* every 5 seconds, move the contents around with a spatula, and then start it again for it to even move. Eventually it'll get to smoothie consistency, but it's my least favorite part of my day. Would never recommend. I have no idea how it has so many good reviews.

Love the blender but....

This is the second one ive purchased... The rubber gasket gets sucked into the smoothie to go bottle... And the blender chews it up... Its happened to both of them ive purchased. Hoping to just buy a new replacement rubber gasket.. This time

8 speed blender

As I opened the box and read the instructions I noticed that I'm missing the seal ring! Guess now, I'll have to make a trip to a hardware store or just return/exchange the blender.

Not happy at all

I bought this cause mine stopped working this is the worst blender over ever had. It literally only blends the bottom haft of the blender everything on top stays there
