Broke almost immediately

We purchased 4 stools. One broke within a week. They are not sturdy and I don't expect them to last even a year. They were meant to be temporary, but hopefully more than a week. They look nice and the cushion is nice. I just wish they were better quality.

They work

These fit well under our island bar. We use them a lot, but I didn't expect them to already be sagging at the top in less than a month. We eat 3x a day using them. They are pretty and good if you need the price. The attached picture is where it's bent down a little without anyone sitting on it for at least a few hours.
