Too Small for Cups
The lower rungs on this tree are too close to the counter to use. The cup hits the counter/rests on the counter instead of hanging. Not worth paying for since it really only will hold 3 cups.

Light weight cup tree
The product does not have a heavy enough base to hold traditional heavy coffee mugs. If you use lighter and thinner coffee cups- it would be great- I am just a mugger and it tips over when ever it is bumped or a mug is removed.
