Perfect for a safe, romantic glow...but devours batteries

I bought two sets of these-one for my bedroom, one for the bath. I love these things-they are very authentic looking if you turn them so the fake flame isn't visible, or if you use them inside decorative candle holders. I turn them on at night in the bathroom so my husband, who just had surgery and has to visit the loo several times a night, can see without having to turn on the overhead light. I have two on the shelf above the commode, and they give just enough light to see by where it's needed. (The nightlight is too far away). The only problem is, the candles burn through batteries like crazy, so if you intend to use them daily, I would invest in some rechargeables.

I would definitely buy these again

Worked really well with my Christmas mantel decor. Also versitile enough for everyday use.
