Totally did the job I need. I can set the real temp now!
Set up easily - just hung in the oven.
Turned on oven at 350. Waited 30 minutes. Checked thermometer temp.
BINGO!!! It was exactly 350.
I thought the oven was at slower than temp it was set.
I was wrong and now can get the dish made correctly!
