Great design, problem with construction

We had purchased 2 previously, which are great, but this one was out of balance and plumb, and was the last one so we could not exchange it for one made properly. Hopefully it will come back in stock and we can exchange it... #sweepstakes

Great stool

I bought this for my craft room since my workbench is counter height, its perfect other than it does sink a little when you sit in it and I'm under 170lbs.
