Okay if you don't need a lot of support
The pillow is super soft and fluffy. Depending on what you're needing it for it will comfort you as a leg raise or very cushy pillow. It sort of holds its shape, but over time I wouldn't expect it to be very lasting. It didn't cost a lot (under $20), so in that respect it's a good bargain. It will need a body pillow cover which can be difficult to find in the right size. I wish the item offered an item # to purchase a suitable cover.
