Soft wood
When attaching a picture hanger to the back, that was smaller in depth than the thickness of the frame, the frame developed stress from hammer the picture hanger on. So, frame was unsalvagable

Poor Construction
The frame did not last more than a week. The frame was poorly constructed and it easily came apart. The stables that held the 4 sides together just came apart.
