Once you’ve received notification, your order will be ready for you at the counter at the front of the store. Can’t pick it up that day? No worries, we’ll hold your order at the front of the store for 4 days.

Buy Online, In-Store Pickup lets you make purchases through athome.com or the At Home mobile app and pick them up at a local At Home store at no extra charge.

Check out At Home’s Free Store Pickup option for a range of items, depending on store availability. Most items are eligible for In-Store Pickup. After your intended store is selected during the online shopping experience, our systems will determine if the item(s) are available for pickup. You can also explore other stores with available stock nearby.

Yes. Gift cards can be used to purchase your online order.

Once our associates have prepared your order, we’ll communicate that your order is ready for pickup through:
  o Emails
  o Text messages (if you opted to receive text messages in checkout)
If you don’t intend on shopping around during your visit, please wait until you’ve been notified that your order is ready for pickup. Our team members are hoping to collect all your items as quickly as possible.

Please bring your photo ID (state driver’s license, military or state ID) and the order number or confirmation email.

We’ll send you an email to inform you if any items in your order can’t be fulfilled. Your card won’t be charge for any items that can’t be fulfilled.

Yes, you can designate another person to retrieve your order. You’ll need to add them as an alternate pickup person by providing their first and last name. Pickup alternates will need to provide a photo ID (state driver’s license, military or state ID) and the order number or confirmation email.

You have four days to pick up your order, starting on the day your order becomes available for pick up. At Home will attempt to communicate with you to ensure you’re aware your order is ready before any cancellation occurs. You can also assign someone other than yourself to collect your order by visiting the Order Lookup page.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your At Home purchase, you may simply return the merchandise to any At Home store in the US. Please refer to At Home return policy for more information.
