At Home Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 19, 2026
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in At Home Stores LLC and its affiliates (“At Home,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and our website at www.athome.com, along with our related websites (including social media websites and applications, collectively, the “Site”), and other services and products offered or otherwise made available on or through the Site or by At Home (collectively, the “Products” and together with the Site, the “Services”). The Site is owned and operated by At Home Stores LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms of Use are a legally binding contract between you and At Home regarding your use of the Services.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY:
BY ACCESSING THE SITE OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING AT HOME’S PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER POLICIES LINKED TO OR MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES (TOGETHER, THESE “TERMS”). IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE SERVICES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BY AT HOME AND BY YOU TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE TEXTS/CALLS FROM OR ON BEHALF OF AT HOME AT THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDE TO US. THESE TEXTS/CALLS WILL INCLUDE OPERATIONAL CALLS OR MESSAGES ABOUT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, AS WELL AS MARKETING CALLS OR MESSAGES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THESE TEXTS/CALLS MAY BE CONSIDERED TELEMARKETING UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEY MAY BE SENT USING AN AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM OR OTHER AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGY, AND YOUR CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF ANY PURCHASE.
ARBITRATION NOTICE. Except for certain kinds of disputes described in Section 13 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration), you agree that disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AND AT HOME ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
- Changes to these Terms and to the Services
From time to time we may change, add to, or delete aspects of these Terms without prior notice to you. Your continued use of our Services following any such changes constitutes your unconditional agreement to be bound by these Terms as modified. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms each time you use or access our Services. In addition, we may: (a) modify or discontinue any part of the Services; (b) charge, modify or waive fees required to use the Services; or (c) offer or change features of the Services or opportunities available to some or all Services users.
- User Registration
- Eligibility. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (i) your access to or use of the Services has not previously been suspended or removed; and (ii) your registration, as applicable, and your use of the Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are an entity, organization, or company, the individual accepting these Terms on your behalf represents and warrants that they have authority to bind you to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Accounts and Registration. To access or use some features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name, email address, or other contact information. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, then you should immediately notify us at CustomerCare@athome.com.
- General Payment Terms.
To access or use some Services, you may be required to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are in U.S. Dollars.
- Price. At Home reserves the right to determine pricing for the Services. At Home will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the Site up to date. We encourage you to check our pricing page periodically for current pricing information. At Home may change the fees for any feature of the Services, including additional fees or charges, if At Home gives you advance notice of changes before they apply. At Home, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of At Home’s customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, will not apply to your offer or these Terms.
- Authorization. You authorize At Home to charge all sums for the orders that you make and any Products you select as described in these Terms or published by At Home, including all applicable taxes, to the payment method specified in your account. If you pay any fees with a credit card, then At Home may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase.
- Delinquent Accounts. At Home may suspend or terminate access to the Services, including fee-based portions of the Services, for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid. In addition to the amount due for the Services, a delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges that are incidental to any chargeback or collection of any unpaid amount, including collection fees. If your payment method is no longer valid, then At Home reserves the right to delete your account and any information or User Content (defined below) associated with your account without any liability to you.
- Supplemental Terms.
Please read our additional Product and Service-specific terms that shall apply to the Products and Services, including, without limitation, the terms set forth below (collectively, “Supplemental Terms”). Such Supplemental Terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms and are deemed part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and these Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms prevail with respect to that particular Product or Service governed by those Supplemental Terms.

- Limited License. Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms, At Home grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Except and solely to the extent such a restriction is impermissible under applicable law, you may not: (i) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works of the Services; (ii) make modifications to the Services; or (iii) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Services, including any security or access control mechanism. If you are prohibited under applicable law from using the Services, then you may not use it. At Home reserves the right to revoke this license at any time in its sole discretion.

You may download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Site or documents available for download for your personal use and records. Otherwise, you may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the Marks in any way. The use of our Marks on any other website or app is strictly prohibited. All of the materials displayed on our Services are copyrighted except where explicitly noted otherwise. The absence of a trademark, trade name, or service mark does not constitute a waiver of our intellectual property rights concerning the trademark, trade name, or service mark. We will aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law including criminal prosecution. We do not warrant or represent that your use of materials displayed on our Services will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with us. Use of any materials accessible through our Services is at your own risk.

If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding existing functionalities, problems with, or proposed modifications or improvements to the Services (“Feedback”), then you hereby grant At Home an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right and license (with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to reproduce, perform, display, distribute, adapt, modify, re-format, create derivative works of, and otherwise commercially or non-commercially exploit in any manner, the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Site and create other products and services. At Home will have no obligation to provide you with attribution for any Feedback you provide to us.
- No Unlawful or Prohibited Use. As a condition of your use of the Services, you warrant to At Home that you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You may not use the Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. - User Suspension and/or Termination of Access
At Home may cancel or terminate your right to access or use any part of the Site at any time without notice. You agree that a breach of any of these Terms of Use may result in the immediate termination of your account and/or give rise to civil action against you. Upon any cancellation or termination of your right to use the Site: (a) your license rights will terminate and you must immediately cease all use of the Site; (b) you will no longer be authorized to access your account or the Site; and (c) the following sections shall survive any such cancellation or termination: Section 5(a) (Limited License) (license restrictions only), Section 5(c) (Feedback), Section 5 (Intellectual Property Rights), Section 9 (Warranty Disclaimer), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), Section 11 (User Indemnification), Section 8 (User Content) (license grants), Section 13 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration), and Section 14 (General). We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court orders related to submissions that violate applicable law or these Terms of Use and you waive and hold us harmless for any such cooperation.
- Third Party Terms
- Third-Party Services and Linked Websites. At Home may provide tools through the Services that enable you to export information, including User Content, to third-party services, including through features that allow you to link your account on the Services with an account on the third-party service. By using one of these tools, you hereby authorize At Home to transfer that information to the applicable third-party service. Third-party services are not under At Home’s control, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, At Home is not responsible for any third-party service’s use of your exported information. The Services may also contain links to third-party websites. Linked websites are not under At Home’s control, and At Home is not responsible for their content. Please be sure to review the terms of use and privacy policy of any third-party services before you share any User Content or information with such third-party services. Once sharing occurs, At Home will have no control over the information that has been shared.
- Third-Party Software. The Services may include or incorporate third-party software components that are generally available free of charge under licenses granting recipients broad rights to copy, modify, and distribute those components (“Third-Party Components”). Although the Services are provided to you subject to these Terms, nothing in these Terms prevents, restricts, or is intended to prevent or restrict you from obtaining Third-Party Components under the applicable third-party licenses or to limit your use of Third-Party Components under those third-party licenses.
- User Content
- Representations and Warranties. By submitting any content to At Home, including any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags and/or other materials, via the Services or otherwise (collectively, “User Content”), you represent and warrant that:
- You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
- All “moral rights” that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you; and
- Use of the User Content does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any User Content:
- That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
- That infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
- That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
- For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party; or
- That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
- License Grant. For any User Content, you grant At Home a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable right and license (with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to host, store, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such User Content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you. All of the rights you grant in these Terms are provided on a through-to-the-audience basis. For clarity, this license expressly includes At Home’s use of User Content for its internal business purposes and use in promotional materials, including marketing materials, website, and other communications. You agree to pay all monies owing to any person or entity resulting from submitting your content and from At Home’s exercise of the license set forth in this section.
All User Content may be used and shared with authorized third-parties in At Home's sole discretion. At Home reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on the Site or otherwise accessible via the Services that At Home deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Terms. At Home does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete any content you have submitted. You acknowledge that you, not At Home, are responsible for the contents of your submission.
- Content Monitoring. At Home does not control and does not have any obligation to monitor any User Content submitted to or transmitted through the Services. You acknowledge and agree that At Home reserves the right to, and may from time to time, monitor any and all information transmitted or received through the Services for operational and other purposes. If at any time At Home chooses to monitor content, At Home still assumes no responsibility or liability for such content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of such User Content. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. At Home may block, filter, remove, or disable access to any User Content without any liability to the user who submitted such content or to any other users of the Services.
- User Content Disclaimer. We are under no obligation to edit or control User Content that you or other users post and will not be in any way responsible or liable for User Content. At Home may, however, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any User Content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms, is alleged to violate the rights of third parties, or is otherwise objectionable. You understand that, when using the Services, you will be exposed to User Content from a variety of sources and acknowledge that User Content may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to waive, and do waive, any legal or equitable right or remedy you have or may have against At Home with respect to User Content. If notified by a user or content owner that User Content allegedly does not conform to these Terms, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the User Content, which we reserve the right to do at any time and without notice. For clarity, At Home does not permit infringing activities on the Services.
- Copyright Complaints. At Home respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide At Home’s copyright agent with the following information.
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- Description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- The location on the Site of the material that you claim is infringing;
- Your address, telephone number and e-mail address;
- A statement that your claim of infringement is based on a good faith belief; and
- A statement made under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
At Home’s copyright agent for notice of claims of copyright infringement accessible via the Services can be reached as follows: CustomerCare@athome.com.
- Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES, AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. AT HOME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SERVICES AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING: (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (B) ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. AT HOME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND AT HOME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OF THOSE ISSUES WILL BE CORRECTED.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE SERVICES OR AT HOME ENTITIES OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY OF THE AT HOME ENTITIES OR THE SERVICES THAT IS NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE SERVICES AND YOUR DEALING WITH ANY OTHER SERVICES USER. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY (INCLUDING YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES) OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, INCLUDING USER CONTENT.
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with certain mandatory statutory rights (e.g., right to supplementary performance, right for a refund, repair or replacement, etc.) which cannot be waived or limited by contract, or only limited in certain circumstances. These Terms are qualified by such mandatory statutory rights where applicable and shall not be interpreted to waive, limit or otherwise abrogate such mandatory statutory rights. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, AT HOME SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATIONS UNDER ANY WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER GUARANTEES, IF THE ALLEGED DEFECT, NON-CONFORMANCE OR DAMAGE IS FOUND TO HAVE OCCURRED AS A RESULT OF MISUSE, USE OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE USER MANUAL OR INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, NEGLECT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR ACCIDENT, OR AS A RESULT OF IMPROPER REPAIR, ALTERATION, MODIFICATION, STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION OR IMPROPER HANDLING OR IF THE USABILITY IS IMPAIRED ONLY SLIGHTLY.
Any granted Product warranty hereunder, shall extend directly to you only and not to your customers, agents or representatives.
THE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AT HOME does not disclaim any warranty or other right that AT HOME is prohibited from disclaiming under applicable law.
- Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AT HOME AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS, AND THE RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING (COLLECTIVELY, THE “AT HOME ENTITIES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR INJURY WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, DELAY IN OPERATION OF TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR ONLINE FAILURE, OR FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF AT HOME OR ANY OF ITS PARTNERS, THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR THE RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AT HOME’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU (FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION, OR OTHERWISE) WILL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS OUR SERVICE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY DUE TO YOUR ACCESS, BROWSING ON, OR USE OF OUR SITES OR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO, OR AUDIO FROM OUR SITES.
EACH PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE THAT PROVIDES FOR A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, OR EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES IS INTENDED TO AND DOES ALLOCATE THE RISKS BETWEEN THE PARTIES UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. THIS ALLOCATION IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES. EACH OF THESE PROVISIONS IS SEVERABLE AND INDEPENDENT OF ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
- User Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the Services, and you will defend and indemnify At Home Entities and hold each of them harmless, from and against every claim brought by a third party, and any related liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or connected with: (a) your unauthorized use of, or misuse of, the Services; (b) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy right; or (d) any dispute or issue between you and any third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in that case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of those claims.
- International Users
We maintain our Services from our corporate offices in the State of Texas and we make no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access our Services from locations outside of the United States of America, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. The information on our Site is intended only for use and access by persons residing in the United States and its territories. You may not use our Services in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.
- Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
- Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as described below, you and At Home agree that every dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use, the Site, or communications from us will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, is less formal than a court proceeding, may allow for more limited discovery than in court, and is subject to very limited review by courts. This agreement to arbitrate disputes includes all claims whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether a claim arises during or after the termination of these Terms of Use. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement will be resolved by the arbitrator. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU AND AT HOME ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
- Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms of Use will be deemed to waive, preclude, or otherwise limit the right of either party to: (i) bring an individual action in small claims court; (ii) pursue an enforcement action through the applicable federal, state, or local agency if that action is available; (iii) seek injunctive relief in a court of law in aid of arbitration; or (iv) file suit in a court of law to address an intellectual property infringement claim.
- Opt-Out. If you do not wish to resolve disputes by binding arbitration, you may opt out of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section within thirty (30) days after the date that you agree to these Terms of Use by sending a letter to At Home Stores LLC, Attention: Legal Department, 9000 Cypress Waters Blvd, Cypress, TX 75019, that specifies: your full legal name, the email address associated with your account on the Site, and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration (“Opt-Out Notice”). Once At Home receives your Opt-Out Notice, this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section will be void and any action arising out of these Terms of Use will be resolved pursuant to the General section below. The remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will not be affected by your Opt-Out Notice.
- Pre-Arbitration Notice and Good-Faith Negotiation. Before initiating arbitration, a party must first send a written notice of the dispute to the other party by certified U.S. Mail or by Federal Express (signature required) or, only if that other party has not provided a current physical address, then by electronic mail (“Notice of Arbitration”). At Home’s address for Notice is: At Home Stores LLC, 9000 Cypress Waters Blvd, Cypress, TX 75019. The Notice of Arbitration must: (i) identify the name or account number of the party making the claim; (ii) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (iii) set forth the specific relief sought (“Demand”). The parties will make good faith efforts to resolve the claim directly, but if the parties do not reach an agreement to do so within thirty (30) days after the Notice of Arbitration is received, you or At Home may commence an arbitration proceeding.
- Arbitrator. This arbitration agreement, and any arbitration between us, is subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (collectively, “AAA Rules”) as modified by these Terms of Use. The AAA Rules and filing forms are available online at www.adr.org, by calling the AAA at +1-800-778-7879, or by contacting At Home.
- No Class Actions. YOU AND AT HOME AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and At Home agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
- Mass Arbitration. If you elect to have your claim addressed as part of a mass arbitration (defined below), you agree to the additional procedures set forth below.
If twenty-five (25) or more claimants submit Notices of Arbitration or attempt to file demands raising similar claims, are represented by the same or coordinated counsel (regardless of whether the Notices of Arbitration or demands are submitted simultaneously), and the parties cannot resolve the cases during the good-faith negotiation period, all of the cases must be resolved in arbitration through staged sets of proceedings. You agree to this process even though it may delay the arbitration of your case.
These mass filing procedures are intended to facilitate the efficient and orderly resolution and settlement of mass arbitrations. If any aspect of this “Mass Arbitration” section has not been met, the parties agree that a court of competent jurisdiction may enjoin the filing or prosecution of arbitrations inconsistent with this section and, unless prohibited by law, the arbitration administrator shall not accept or administer an arbitration, nor will the administrator demand fees in connection with such arbitrations, until such issues are finally resolved. Similarly, any claimants who dispute whether their claims are part of a mass arbitration or are otherwise subject to the requirements of this section may ask a court of competent jurisdiction to resolve that dispute. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if neither party wishes to bring the issue to a court, both parties retain the right to raise issues regarding compliance with or applicability of the requirements of this section and seek appropriate relief in arbitration, including before an AAA Procedural Arbitrator.
If these mass filing procedures apply to your case, the tolling period for your claims will be extended until your case is selected to proceed as part of a staged proceeding, withdrawn, opted out of arbitration (as set forth below), or otherwise resolved.
First Stage: In the first stage, counsel for the parties shall each select twenty-five (25) cases per side (50 cases total) to be filed in arbitration and to proceed individually in accordance with this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section, with each case assigned to a separate and different arbitrator (unless the parties agree otherwise). In the meantime, any remaining cases shall not be filed or deemed filed in arbitration, nor shall any arbitration fees be assessed in connection with those cases unless and until they are selected to be filed in individual arbitration proceedings as part of a staged process. After the first stage is completed, the parties shall engage in a global, non-binding, and confidential mediation of all remaining cases with a retired federal or state court judge, and At Home shall pay the mediator's fee.
Second Stage: If the parties are unable to resolve the remaining cases after the mediation, the parties shall repeat the same process as in the first stage outlined above. After the second stage is completed, the parties will again engage in a global, non-binding, and confidential mediation of all remaining cases with a retired federal or state court judge, with the mediator's fee paid for by At Home.
If the parties are unable to resolve any remaining cases after a second global mediation session:
Option One: You and At Home, separately or by agreement, may opt out of arbitration and elect to have your case heard in a court of competent jurisdiction consistent with the remainder of these Terms. You may opt out of arbitration by sending a letter to At Home Stores LLC, Attention: Legal Department, 9000 Cypress Waters Blvd, Cypress, TX 75019 within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the second global mediation session that specifies: your full legal name, the email address associated with your account on the Site, and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. At Home may opt your case out of arbitration by sending a notice of intent to opt out to your counsel within fourteen (14) days after your 30-day opt-out period ends. Counsel for the parties may agree to adjust these deadlines.
OR
Option Two: If neither you nor At Home elects to have your case heard in court consistent with Option One, then you agree that your case will be resolved through continuing staged proceedings as set forth below. Assuming the number of remaining cases exceeds two hundred (200), then two hundred (200) cases shall be randomly selected (or selected through a process agreed to by counsel for the parties) to be filed and to proceed in individual arbitrations as part of a staged process. The parties shall meet and confer regarding ways to increase the efficiency of the process, including whether to allow more than two hundred (200) cases to be brought at a time. If the number of remaining cases is fewer than two hundred (200), then all of those cases shall be filed and proceed in individual arbitrations. No more than five (5) cases within any set of two hundred (200) cases may be assigned to the same arbitrator to proceed individually, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Any remaining cases shall not be filed or deemed filed in arbitration, nor shall any arbitration fees be assessed in connection with those cases unless and until they are selected to be filed in individual arbitration proceedings as part of a staged process.
Throughout the staged process above, the arbitrators for the cases are encouraged to resolve the cases within one hundred twenty (120) days of appointment or as swiftly as possible thereafter, consistent with fairness to the parties. If any case selected for a staged set of proceedings is withdrawn prior to the arbitrator's award (and without the consent of the other party), another case shall be selected to proceed individually in arbitration consistent with the process set forth above.
A court of competent jurisdiction will have the authority to enforce this Mass Arbitration section and, if necessary, to enjoin the filing or prosecution of arbitrations or the assessment or collection of arbitration fees. This Mass Arbitration section and each of its requirements are intended to be severable from the rest of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section. But if a court of competent jurisdiction decides that the staging process set forth in this Mass Arbitration section applies to your dispute and is not enforceable (and after exhaustion of all appeals), then your dispute will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, consistent with the remainder of these Terms, and will not proceed in arbitration.
- Modifications to Arbitration Provision. If At Home makes any substantive change to this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section, you may reject the change by sending us written notice within thirty (30) days of the change to At Home Stores LLC, 9000 Cypress Waters Blvd, Cypress, TX 75019, in which case your account with At Home will be immediately terminated and this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section, as in effect immediately prior to the changes you rejected, will survive.
- Enforceability. If the No Class Actions provision or the entirety of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section is found to be unenforceable, or if At Home receives an Opt-Out Notice from you, then the entirety of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section will be null and void and, in that case, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue described in the General section below will govern any action arising out of or related to these Terms of Use.

Design Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
Through the Site or otherwise, you may enroll in the Design Rewards Program (“Design Rewards” or the “Program”) to earn points and receive rewards, as well as to have access to exclusive offers, events, and promotions that may be offered by At Home Stores LLC and its affiliates (“At Home,” “we,” “us” or “our”) from time to time. The Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions (collectively, the “Terms”). By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to the Terms, which constitute a binding legal agreement between you and At Home. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access or participate in the Program.
Transition from Insider Perks
Effective September 15, 2026, the Insider Perks Program is discontinued and replaced by the Design Rewards Program. Existing Insider Perks memberships will automatically transition to Design Rewards memberships, and members will be deemed enrolled in the Design Rewards Program in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, in each case without any action by members, effective as of September 15, 2026. From such point forward, participation in the membership will be governed by these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enroll or participate in Design Rewards, you must be a legal resident of the United States and be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration.
Enrollment in the Program requires you to register for an account, if you do not already maintain an active account. In doing so, you must provide your first and last name, phone number, date of birth, and email address. We reserve the right to request an applicant to provide appropriate photo identification or other documentation in connection with the application process. Points and rewards under the Program are associated with the phone number provided by the member at checkout. Additional Program benefits may require further information, such as mailing address and birthday information, which you may provide at your discretion (understanding that by declining to provide such information, you may not be eligible for such additional Program benefits).
There is no fee to register for an account for the Program, but eligible purchases and/or activities are required to earn and redeem points.
By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the eligibility requirements of the Program. When you provide us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you will not be deemed a member of the Program.
At Home, in its sole discretion, may refuse any registration for membership in the Program. Incomplete registrations will be deemed invalid.
Each member is limited to one Program membership. You may not share, sell, transfer, or assign your Program membership or permit someone else to use your account. The opening of more than one account by a member and the use of a member’s account for an individual other than the member will be considered fraud.
National Availability
Effective September 15, 2026, Design Rewards is available for eligible purchases made directly by members at any At Home store in the United States, online at www.athome.com, and through other official At Home checkout channels, subject to these Terms & Conditions. Purchases made through third-party platforms, delivery services, or marketplaces (including, without limitation, third-party delivery applications) may not be deemed qualifying purchases and may not entitle the member to points.
Earning Points
The Program includes two membership tiers: Base Members and VIP Members. All new members begin as Base Members. A member becomes a VIP Member upon earning three hundred fifty (350) points within the applicable twelve (12) month accumulation period. Membership status is evaluated on the fifteenth (15th) of each calendar month. Members can view their membership status through their accounts.
The benefits that are available to members through the Program are based on the points the members earn at their respective membership tier. Design Rewards members earn points on qualifying purchases as follows:
- Base Members earn four (4) points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases.
- VIP Members earn five (5) points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases.
Points are not pro-rated. Points are earned on net merchandise spend, excluding taxes, shipping and handling fees, gift card purchases, and any non-merchandise fees. Points are calculated after the application of any dollar-off discounts or promotions.
At Home Design Rewards Credit Card
Additional Design Rewards benefits are available to eligible accountholders in the At Home Design Rewards Credit Card program. The At Home Design Rewards Credit Card program includes two card products: (i) a private label credit card (“PLCC”) and (ii) a Mastercard® (“At Home Design Rewards Mastercard”), each issued by Synchrony Bank. Each card product (an “At Home Design Rewards Credit Card”) is subject to credit approval and the applicable credit card account agreement and terms with Synchrony Bank (such account, a “Credit Card Account”).
By applying for or using an At Home Design Rewards Credit Card, accountholders agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms and the Credit Rewards Terms of the Credit Card Account.
Primary Accountholders (as defined below) will be automatically enrolled in the Design Rewards Program.
Earning Rewards on At Home Purchases
When an eligible At Home Design Rewards Credit Card is used to make a qualifying purchase, members earn more points. Specifically:
- Primary Accountholders who are Base Members earn six (6) points for every one dollar ($1.00) of qualifying purchases.
- Primary Accountholders who are VIP Members earn seven and one-half (7.5) points for every one dollar ($1.00) of qualifying purchases.
These At Home Design Rewards Credit Card earning rates replace, and are not earned in addition to, the standard four (4) points per dollar earned by Base Members who are not At Home Design Rewards Credit Card accountholders or five (5) points per dollar earned by VIP Members who are not At Home Design Rewards Credit Card accountholders on the same qualifying purchase.
At Home Design Rewards Mastercard Purchases Outside At Home
The person to whom an At Home Design Rewards Mastercard is issued (the “Primary Accountholder”) or any authorized user (“Authorized User”) may earn points for the benefit of the Primary Accountholder on eligible purchases, returns, and adjustments (each, an “Eligible Purchase”) made with the At Home Design Rewards Mastercard everywhere Mastercard credit cards are accepted other than at At Home stores and other official At Home checkout channels. Eligible Purchases earn three (3) points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent. If an Eligible Purchase results in a return or negative adjustment, the points associated with such Eligible Purchase will be correspondingly reduced and may be negative. Points are rounded up to the next one-tenth (0.1) of a point. For example, an Eligible Purchase of $5.51 earns 16.6 points (16.53 rounded up to 16.6), and an Eligible Purchase of $5.49 earns 16.5 points (16.47 rounded up to 16.5). Points earned through use of an At Home Design Rewards Mastercard are subject to these Terms and the Credit Rewards Terms.
Credit Card Reward Restrictions and Adjustments
Points are not earned on interest, balance transfers, cash advances, disputed transactions, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, and finance charges and fees of any kind associated with the Credit Card Account.
Subject to the Terms, points will be deducted for any returns, refunds, credits, or other adjustments associated with qualifying purchases made using the Credit Card Account.
From time to time, promotional offers may provide accountholders the opportunity to earn additional points. Any such promotional earning opportunity will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that promotion.
Points earned through use of an At Home Design Rewards Credit Card are not transferable, have no cash value, and may not be used as payment on a Credit Card Account or for any obligation to At Home or Synchrony Bank.
If there is any abuse of or failure to follow the Terms or applicable credit card terms, fraud, or misrepresentation by an accountholder, points associated with the Credit Card Account may be forfeited and additional credit card rewards may cease to accumulate.
If a Credit Card Account is not in good standing, as described in the Credit Rewards Terms of the Credit Card Account, the accountholder may be prohibited from earning additional credit card rewards, and Reward Certificates (as defined below) associated with the Credit Card Account may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with these Terms and the Credit Rewards Terms of the Credit Card Account.
If a Credit Card Account is closed for any reason, the accountholder will no longer be eligible for the accelerated earning benefits associated with the At Home Design Rewards Credit Card. Treatment of any Reward Certificates associated with the Credit Card Account will be governed by these Terms and the Credit Rewards Terms of the Credit Card Account. Additional restrictions and other conditions are contained in the Credit Rewards Terms of the Credit Card Account.
Design Rewards Points Earned Through Credit Card Use
Points earned through eligible At Home Design Rewards Credit Card purchases are subject to the applicable point accrual, point adjustment, Reward Certificate issuance, expiration, redemption, forfeiture, and other provisions of these Terms and the Credit Rewards Terms of the Credit Card Account.
Reward Certificates earned as a result of points accumulated through eligible credit card purchases are issued through the Design Rewards Program according to the Reward Certificate Issuance provisions below.
Point Posting Timing
Subject to the point adjustments described below, points will post to a member’s account once the transaction is completed and may take up to one (1) day after the transaction date to appear in the member’s account. Points earned through use of an At Home Design Rewards Credit Card will post to a member’s account once the transaction is completed and may take up to sixty (60) days after the transaction date to appear in the member’s account.
Point Adjustments, Partial Returns & Negative Balances
If a qualifying purchase is returned or canceled, any points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted from the member’s point balance.
If only a portion of a qualifying purchase is returned, points will be adjusted proportionally based on the value of the returned merchandise.
If points associated with a returned or canceled transaction have already been redeemed for one or more Reward Certificates, the member’s point balance may become negative.
A negative point balance does not invalidate membership and does not require repayment. The negative balance will be automatically adjusted as points are earned on future qualifying purchases. Members will not receive additional Reward Certificates until their point balance returns to zero (0) or greater.
Point balances, including negative balances, are viewable within the member’s account profile.
At Home reserves the right to revoke, adjust, or withhold Reward Certificates resulting from returns, cancellations, or other transaction adjustments.
Reward Certificate Issuance
For every 1,000 points earned, members will receive one ten-dollar ($10) reward certificate (each, a “Reward Certificate”) delivered to members electronically via their account.
Reward Certificates are issued in $10 increments, are promotional in nature, and are not legal tender. Reward Certificates are earned through qualifying purchases (and are not purchased), are not gift cards or prepaid access, have no cash value, and, except as required by applicable law, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Reward Certificates may be issued electronically and made available through a member’s account, email, or other designated delivery method. Generally, all Reward Certificates will be issued after the 15th of the following month for use or redemption. Reward Certificates are valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated or a longer period is required by applicable law. Unused Reward Certificates expire after the applicable expiration date and cannot be reinstated, except as required by applicable law.
Redeeming Reward Certificates
Reward Certificates may be redeemed for $10 off a qualifying purchase at At Home stores, online at www.athome.com, or through other official At Home checkout channels.
Reward Certificates:
- May be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Are applied after any percentage-off promotions.
- May be redeemed in multiples within a single transaction, unless otherwise limited.
Reward Certificates cannot be applied toward:
- Gift card purchases.
- Taxes.
- Shipping or handling fees.
- Charitable or donation-based merchandise.
- Prior purchases, price adjustments, or rain checks.
- Credit card payments or third-party financing balances.
Except as required by applicable law, Reward Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or other forms of value.
Lost, Stolen, or Deleted Reward Certificates
At Home is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or deleted Reward Certificates, including certificates not accessed or redeemed prior to expiration. At Home may, but is not obligated to, reissue Reward Certificates at its sole discretion.
System Errors & Program Integrity
At Home is not responsible for technical, system, or operational errors that may affect point accrual, Reward Certificate issuance, or redemption. At Home reserves the right to correct any such errors, including adjusting point balances or Reward Certificates, at any time.
Member Benefits
Subject to the eligibility and availability provisions herein, Design Rewards members may receive members-only benefits, which may include Welcome Offers, Birthday Bonus, exclusive promotions, receiptless returns, and special communications. Certain benefits may require completion of a member profile or additional information. Receiptless returns require the member’s account to be identified at the time of purchase. Returns must comply with the At Home Return Policy available at www.athome.com.
Notice of Financial Incentives & Privacy
Because we process your personal data when we provide Design Rewards, the Program may be interpreted as a “financial incentive” under California law or a “bona fide loyalty program” under Colorado law. We offer the Design Rewards Program to enhance our relationship with you so that you can enjoy more of our products and services at a lower price.
By voluntarily enrolling in Design Rewards and earning and receiving Program benefits, users agree to provide their name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and shopping preferences. In addition, new members of the At Home credit card program are enrolled in Design Rewards based on the data provided in the card application.
To provide the Program benefits, we must receive and track the information provided when you enroll in Design Rewards or when you engage in activities to earn points, such as contact information and purchase history. The value of the personal information that we collect is reasonably related to the expenses related to offering you the Program benefits.
Additional information regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, including to offer Design Rewards, is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing Communications
By registering for the Program and providing your phone number, email address, and other account information, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages (SMS/MMS), emails, and direct mail from At Home at the contact information provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination
You may cancel your Program membership at any time by contacting Customer Service. Upon cancellation, all points, Reward Certificates, and Program benefits will be forfeited.
At Home reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate membership or participation in the Program, with or without notice to the extent permitted by law, if it determines that a member has violated the Terms, applicable laws, credit card terms, or engaged in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program. In such cases, At Home may void any earned or issued Reward Certificates, which will not be reinstated.
At Home may modify, suspend, or terminate all or any portion of the Program, including earning rates, reward thresholds, and benefits, at any time with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. Such changes may affect the value, accrual, redemption, or availability of points and Reward Certificates not yet redeemed. Your continued membership or participation in the Program following any modification constitutes acceptance of those modifications and your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
In the event of any termination of the Program or your membership or participation in the Program, all unused points will be canceled and void.
General Terms
Design Rewards points and Reward Certificates are promotional in nature, are earned through participation in the Program (and are not purchased by members), are not gift cards or prepaid access and do not constitute property, stored value, or wages. Reward Certificates are issued as part of the Program solely as loyalty incentives and have no independent purchase value. Members are responsible for any personal tax liability associated with participation in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
