Frames look nice but the quality is not the best. When assembling them , 2 of 3 frames broke. Wish the quality was better

I ordered several frames, several times. Many of the frames were scratched and poorly protected. They had to be returned to store. Disappointed with the return system. Should be able to ship back / be able to voice concerns.
