I have been a long time stainless steel user in the kitchen. Recently, we found ourselves in a furnished rental for a few months, but had only a single saucepan in the kitchen. finish scratched right off
great even heating and really nice handle, but got a burn mark on it, the kind that should wash off, when scrubbed well to remove the finish scratched off leaving just metal where it did, now have scratches on exterior of the pan :(

Love this pan!!
My daughter came home with the large fry pan. We cooked eggs in it that day, after washing it of course, and he eggs did not stick, they actually slid right out of the pan. I went back and bought the 2 piece set, which is a great deal, to replace some old pans we have. Will be going to get the Dutch oven and pot sometime in the near future. You can also put these in the oven up to 500°. Clean up is a breeze as well.
