Nice but fragile
The pampas grass is very nice once you fluff it out, but a couple pieces broke so they are pretty fragile.

The dried fluff got all over the place
At home has womderful dried flowers, but avoid this one, the dried stuff floats all over and gets stuck to your clothes

Make sure to shake off as much excess you can. Let it sit in the sun for a few hours (or a low-heat blow dryer) to puff them up. Hair spray. Enjoy.
