Moves Easily Around Pool Deck/Leaking Issue
This black umbrella base moves easily and works great when having to relocate our umbrellas due to the sun’s movement. We have had problems with water leaking from the plastic caps on both out umbrella bases. Ours are on our on the pool deck so we just have refill them once every couple of weeks but if you are placing them on wood decking or flooring it could be a problem.
