Ordering was easy. "In Store" pickup went well. Didn't think about them giving me my item in a bag vs. in a box until I got home and found out that the batteries were already installed. So this was a "display item" or "floor model". Its even difficult to get it to play from being tried so many times. Anytime I've ever bought a floor model or display item it was discounted. I paid full price. When I finally got a live person to answer the phone at the store, he told me that they didn't come in a box. BS!!!!! I won't be in a hurry to shop at At Home any time soon.
