Awesome toaster!

We needed to replace an aging toaster at home. I really liked the one we have at work, so we purchased the same model. I love the features - one of my favorites is the lever that lifts the toast up so that it can be removed safely. So far so good! Loving it!

Compact but multifunctional

Just a simple & compact toaster, perfect for limited counter space like my kitchen.I like the facts that insert is big enough to fit a bagel, and that I can select from the bagel, defrost or reheat options.

lever doesn't stay down to toast

I've had this toaster a little over a year and the lever will not stay down when I try to toast my bread. I have to hold the lever down to get it to work. I've tried using all the choices and still doesn't work. i bought one for my daugter and hers seems to be working fine. I just got a bad one.

2 slice toaster

I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" is true. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the toaster being a Cuisinart and their reputation for being of higher quality. That was the main reason that we purchased it. I feel the plastic outside is very cheap and disappointing and its toasting quality isn't that great either.
