Damaged Delivery and Poor Customer Service

Horrible delivery experience. Both chairs arrived damaged, the boxes were torn, and the chairs were dirty. I paid extra for delivery, yet customer service was no help at all. This has been extremely disappointing and has taken up far too much of my time. I am returning them and purchasing from somewhere else.
