Game Changer for Pizza Night

Absolutely love this pan! The heat retention is amazing, and my pizzas come out perfectly crispy every time. The pre-seasoning is solid, and it just keeps getting better with use. Best pizza tool so far

This was a great addition to are cast iron collection. Cooked a lot better than my aluminum pizza pans. We have done home made thin style crust by following a video from Lodge. Very pleased with the preformence of the pan. We preheated the pan in a 475° F oven which cook the crust perfectly in about 10 min. We were ready to buy one of the $100 pizza over that will cook at 750°F but decided to give this a try. I have been using cast iron all my life and if you know how to care for it correctly it will last forever..

Cast Iron Pizza Pan

I bought this as a part of a gift package for my nephew and his girlfriend. They loved it! His mom also told his the cast iron would give their pizzas a nice crisp crust.
