Exactly what we wanted AND a great price. We were treated with absolute
"white glove" treatment by manager, Andrea, who was so helpful with our new
purchase. It was our initial visit to the store and Andrea made sure we were invited

Not good delivery service.
The chair is great. So very comfortable. The chairs were left outside my inside apartment door and I had no one to bring it into my apartment. I did not appreciate this. Only problem was with delivery service.

Comfortable!
After filling numerous online carts with accent chairs, I got in the car and went to my local At Home. The chair I liked for the style turned out to be uncomfortable. I sat and swiveled in the Loren Swivel Chair for a while and decided to buy a pair of them. The nubby, soft Boucle in "stone" is off white with darker flecks. I think the color will change with the light. The fabric is soft and now that I'm looking at it, kind of evokes the 1970s. The chair cushions have zippers so they are, in theory, washable. The back cushion is super soft and the bottom cushion is firm but not too firm. The chair is sized generously without being a chair-and-a-half. Overall I am happy with my purchase. The best part of this experience was the delivery. I opted for delivery between 3-7pm the next day. At 3:30, the delivery man called and said he was outside the house. I had expected to hear that he was on his way so I could come home and meet him. Instead I told him to leave the chairs in the driveway. I fully expected to find two giant boxes and a night of chair assembly in my future. Instead, there were two fully-assembled chairs under a tarp because of the threat of rain. I was glad the store sent me a fully-assembled chair and grateful that the driver was thoughtful enough to leave them covered. Picture taken at 4pm the day after Daylight Savings Time ended and we were arranging the furniture. A++!

This is more of an occasional chair. The fabric is thin and not made for a lot of extended use. We like the chair and it is comfortable .

Chairs great but delivery and customer service are awful!
Chairs are great! The delivery and customer service were awful. Chairs were delivered out of the box, with no protection to the fabric and in the back of a dirty truck from one individual who didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate with him about the delivery or the chairs being delivered dirty as the fabric had stains on them, both chairs were affected. Customer service argued for weeks that this was the best they could do. Terrible delivery experience, will never order online here again!
