Spooky but fragile
This is a stunning lamp, however, it is extremely fragile. I've noticed that the lamps are not packed very well in the boxes to prevent shattering. The ribs are especially fragile and cannot handle a single jostle or bump to it without breaking. The resin material is too thin and not suitable for something that is likely to experience a ton of movement in transit. I was lucky that mine only had one rib broken and a hole in the shoulder blade. I accidentally managed to break another rib trying to get the lamp in the right spot of my living room. I stuffed the gap with moody-colored florals and velvet leaves. Would not recommend this lamp unless the store unpacks and puts it together. Friend of mine bought one still boxed and it was in so many pieces in the box there was no salvaging it.
