I ordered 6 of the navy blue canvas outdoor hinged cushions for chairs I already owned. I loved them in store but they didn't have enough so I went online. Upon setting up the chairs, i noticed 4/6 had frayed seams and some of the ties were also frayed. I trimmed them myself, but I wasn't happy about the the seams. Thankfully there is no damage, but I wish this was caught in quality control.
