My new limoncello friend!
This zester solved my challenge to obtain zest without pith for making limoncello. It was perfect. Mind the working part of the ester, the cutting edges are like razors!!
Works great
I started one of those meal delivery services and it seems like every other package needs a lime or lemon zested. I grabbed this in hopes it would be better than the box grater I had. It worked perfect. All the zest comes off but not the pith underneath.
