This set is perfect!

This set is perfect for the small space on our deck. The chairs are comfortable and the table is just the right size for sitting a couple of drinks on as well as a bit of decor.

Poor quality and even poorer customer service

I was so excited to add these to my back patio. Ordered and got them in July. By September one of them was already completely broken on the top. All the “wicker” plastic across the top of the chair is snapped and falling apart. Contacted costumer service about getting a replacement — apparently they don’t have the capacity to offer replacement orders!?! Whatever that means… they said I was outside the return window too so all they could offer me was a 20% coupon on a future order. Then ghosted me when it came time to give me the coupon. Completely ridiculous policies and poor quality of product that they don’t stand behind at all! Guess I should’ve researched more.
