The Providence Wells Accent Chair in light gray was very easy to assemble. Each of the four legs fit with ease. It sits very comfortably with a reversible cushion. A wonderful chair at a reasonable price.

Very Nice Chair!
We needed another occasional chair and after looking at several of them online, we decided we might have better luck at the local At Home store. We found exactly what we were looking for, purchased it and made arrangements to have it delivered that same day.
The chair arrived, still in the box as we expected. Actual assembly took only about 20-30 minutes and consisted mostly of installing the four legs onto it. It does sit a bit lower than our other furniture but is quite comfortable and matches our other furniture nicely.
It probably won't get a lot of wear here but we're very pleased with it.

Delivery process and communication is awful
The chair was never delivered. I received a message saying it was cancelled after I was notified it was on the way to me. The message said to contact store for more info, but it wasn’t possible to reach a store employee on the phone. Messages were not returned. I had to drive to the store, request a refund, but they couldn’t process the refund from the store. They had to “submit a ticket” to request a refund. So they had my $$$, and I had no chair. Nothing happened so I emailed corporate & they processed a refund which took about a week.
Never again. (They said that my order was cxld because the chair wouldn’t fit into the car of the delivery driver.)
