Buy Online and Pick Up Curbside or In Store allows you to shop online and pick up your order from your local store for free. Pick up in 2 hours or less, order by 5 PM.
The Home Delivery feature allows you to shop, purchase online and have your items delivered to your home by our delivery partners.
Locate and select your store, select the “Home Delivery” option, then add items to your cart and complete checkout!
Typically, you should receive your order within the same day for small and medium items. Once your order is ready for delivery you will receive a text/email updates with your orders status. For heavy/bulk orders you will receive a phone call within 4 days of purchase for delivery to be scheduled.
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
- Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
- We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
- We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
- We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
- We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
- Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items.

You can apply for an At Home Credit Card in any At Home store or online by visiting www.athome.com/creditcard.
View Order Lookup to check on the status of your order, to see your tracking number (if applicable), and to see your order history.

We aren't currently able to do store-to-store transfers, but we have a couple of other options:
Most of our items are available to ship from a store to your home, with the exception of very large and/or very fragile items. Shipping costs are displayed in checkout.
We also offer the option to Buy Online Pick Up In Store at no additional cost. You can choose your local store or a store near you that has inventory of the item you're interested in. BOPIS orders are held for pickup for 4 days.
