I can't imagine why we didn't immediately buy a new one - most likely new baby - kitchen toy vs. diapers!
Saw this, bought it, and on the first try remembered instantly just how simple and quick it was to make a perfect quesadilla.
best tip: stay simple. we do the tortilla, frozen pre-grilled fajita chicken, and cheese, simplistic yet delicious (as much as overpriced ones at restaurants) - paired with sides of salsa, sour cream, guac...
less than 10 minutes to make enough to feed 3 people (a grown man and more impressive a 17 year old teen boy!)
