Best and safest silver cleaning product

We have antique sterling silverware c. 1880s and a Gorham Silver Co. Presidential pattern. We were concerned about keeping it clean while avoiding caustic chemical dammage to the surfaces. We went to visit with a renowned jeweler and sterling silver maintenance and repair specialist about 30 years ago in Burlington, NC. He told us to use the flatware often to maintain the patina and to clean it as needed by using ONLY Writ'e Silver Cream. We have done just that and recently passed it on to our daughter. It is still beautiful and useable! It's now on its 4th generation! We found the product safe for other silver pieces with similar results! Great product!
