Good in theory, useless design
Unless your shower head's neck goes upright or you have a clamp, this caddy is useless. The suction cups are not enough to hold the empty caddy on the shower neck, the cheap acrylic "gripper" on the top of the caddy doesn't grip the shower head neck, so the whole thing will just flop off the wall and showerhead.
So disgusted by all the trailer-park designs of shower caddies sold by At Home. Another system I bought after this one failed was just as stupid and misguided in description for use.
