Epic fail
The product is well made, the installation was a hassle for my husband and I. We ended up needing to return the item.
Upon reflection, prior to selecting this item off the shelf, it appeared the other boxes may have been opened or maybe returned. Either way, it’s a good storage option, just big issues with the spring and the tension rod during installation and the rod was flimsy on its own.

Not as adjustable as advertised
It’s too big for my shower. Specifically, the spring is too large and the tube that goes after the spring makes it hard to adust. Even after removing the tube but leaving the spring it still couldn’t fit. If it were just a bit shorter it would have been able to adjust just fine. It’s a waste of money.
