Great hangar
I have several multiple pant hangars but this is the first time one has had hinged rungs. It makes it so much easier to take the pants on and off since it swings out a bit to accommodate the movement for each individual pair of pants. Love it.

Works as intended. When turning the actual bar to put pants/skirt on, you have to "break" it off the glue/flocked fabric on its side and then clean up the pieces that will flake off.
