Deceptive Size & received damaged

I ordered a 3×5 it is not that size! It's only a 4 by 2 1/2 , very deceptive... its also a hooked rug which is beautiful but mine had many snags all over it upon opening. I will be returning.

I have this exact rug in 5 by 7 and 2 by 6. I have had several years and love them. But just to let everyone know, for the one that is 3 by 5, it's not nearly that large. When you look at the description, you can see that it's a little over 2 by 4. very frustrating to go buy it when it's marked 3 by 5 and get home and open and see the correct measurements on the back. I did not look at the item description section (since I was familiar with the quality of the rug) to see where it was different.
