Dirty rug
I saw this rug in store and loved it. Liked the color, design, how soft it is. But they had no more in stock. So I bought one online to be delivered.
As soon as I pulled it into the house I noted the ends were dirty (figured from someone dragging the huge carpet around). I go to unravel it and there’s dirt and hair and stains all over. Very upset. Why would you sell a visibly dirty and used rug? Going to return the rug

Very frustrating
I purchased a white rug that had been on display as there were none others , not a 5x7 or 8x10. The rug was soiled on the edges so I decided to take it home anyway to see if I liked it in the room. I did and went to the website where it said that the Dale City Store had 1 in stock. I called the store and no one answered. We drove 2 hours to go there. When we got there, they did not have it. I returned the 5x7 but was very disappointed the information on the site was in error. We finally found one in Fredericksburg on another trip. It is not the best made rug, but had a pattern I was looking for for the room. Do I recommend the store? The store had lots of home goods, but my experience was not one I want to repeat.

Sold us a used rug
I generally love the purchases I've made from At Home but this one was awful. When we unrolled this rug, we quickly noticed that it was far from new. It had a stain and was missing a chunk of the carpet fibers. When we rolled it back up we were shocked to see a large amount of fine white powder on our hardwood floors. It vacuumed up but we're still not sure what it was. I want to return it but don't want to breathe the mystery substance in during the drive and/or have it all over my car.
