LOVE My New Skillet

This pan doesn’t have things stick to it very easily. Easy to clean and I love the fact that it’s Ceramic so that I don’t have to worry about metals leaching into my food.

Great Pan if you know how to use it

The GreenPan line is exceptional cookware that evenly cooks your food without messy cleanup. Be sure to use vegetable oil or butter to coat the pan, and be careful not to cook on high, as medium high heat will do the trick every time. 95% of the cooking residue releases automatically, but there might be some tough remnants remaining, so simply add a little water to the pan and use the steam to clean it. Easy peasy and the food tastes delicious.
