You need this pan!
Great pan! Nonstick surface is excellent. The weight is substantial, allowing even heat retention but not so heavy it is a struggle if the pan is full. Five quart capacity is a huge plus. The balance is good ensuring maneuverability, also aided by the opposite handle. I like glass lids that let you see what's happening during the cooking process without needing to lift the lid and letting heat and steam escape.
Possibly the only wish list item I would add would be a small steam hole in the lid, but not enough to remove a star. Excellent product especially for the price point.
