I Really Hoped to Love it, Unfortunately I Don't
After reading so many positive reviews and doing much research, I thought this was going to be a great choice for support and comfort. The first week I liked it but after sleeping on it the first few days, I started feeling the coils --which is the exact reason I got rid of my other mattress and wanted a new one. I added additional foam and 2 cushy mattress covers and I still feel them poke me as I move. It does sag a bit in the middle as well. The product info looked like there were enough layers to keep the coils from being felt. Unfortunately they don't stand behind their mattress and allow returns like other stores/brands do for customers like me who realized the issue quickly. I really, really wanted to love this mattress and am sad that I don't. I love the store and had high hopes.
