I used this as soon as I got home! Fried fish! Today I’m making fried rice dish! Your oil should be very hot and just enough oil to cover food! Washed with dawn and hot water, dried and sprayed with canola and wiped down. Store to get air! Love my iron wok and I am done with pfas!
