I loved the ornaments I bought. They were a reasonable price but best of all I need to tell you I loved the manager at the Kennewick store. He greets everyone and helps them locate the thing they want. I have never met anyone who cares more about his customers! I found myself asking about him as he is a superior employee… and I wanted to know why he worked so hard to please his customers!
