It's lined!
These curtains are lined so you can't see the curtain color from the street outside. Hard to find lined curtains at a decent price. I have purchased two different sets. Yes they are sets,not just a single panel.

The package clearly states blackout, which would make you think it would make the room darker. White color can't totally hide the light, but this does not block any light.
