The noted “flocked” on the box but since it had no white on it I didn’t realize until putting it together that the branch ends/tips are flocked with red. It is very thick and a beautiful tree. Easy to assemble, has plenty of lights, and perfect for a small corner of a room as it is not too bulky.

The Christmas tree arrived used, faulty, and without original packaging, which does not match what I purchased. I ordered delivery because I cannot transport this to a store, so I need a carrier pickup arranged. Please either (1) ship a new replacement and pick up this item, or (2) issue a full refund and pick up this item. The picture is showing how they delivered, it feels like a prank 🙁
